The double signing that LeBron James and the Lakers are looking for for their final assault on the ring

The Los Angeles Lakers have improved their irregular start to the season, although they are still far from the level that was assumed before the start of the season, when they appeared in all the pools as the big favorites to the ring with the Brooklyn Nets.

The Los Angeles team is seventh in the West with a balance of 21 wins and 20 losses, six and a half games behind some Grizzlies that occupy third place in the conference. A difference that is too bulky for a team in which all its pieces are not working and that have had to turn to the eternal LeBron as ‘5’ to alleviate their internal problems.

Without Anthony Davis, injured, and with the poor performance of DeAndre Jordan and Dwight Howard, the Lakers are looking for a piece of guarantees to shore up their inner game and have set their sights on two pieces highly valued in the NBA and that would return the Angelenos to the car favorites.

The first of them is still Indiana Pacers player Myles Turner. The Texan center has been carrying the transferable poster for a few weeks and appears on the Lakers’ radar, along with the Knicks, Mavericks and Hornets. The king of the plug in the NBA (2.9 per game) looks for a new destination to follow his career and Los Angeles is winning whole in the race.

The second name that appears in the Los Angeles environment is that of Jerami Grant, with whom the Pistons want to do business to continue with their particular reconstruction. As Shams Charania has pointed out, the Lakers are one of the teams that have his name on the agenda, along with the Knicks, Trail Blazers and Wizards.
